Free Healthy Recipe - Cherry Smoothie

Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low GI, Wheat Free

This drink is high in fibre, carbohydrates, protein and vitamins. A 'de-lite-full' way to start the day. Recipe courtesy of Aussie Cherries

Ingredients
1 cup cherries, fresh & pitted
3 tbsp yoghurt - low fat, vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lsa
Method

Blend all the ingredients together with a few ice cubes. Serve.
