Free Healthy Recipe - Daikon Pickle

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar

Ingredients
½ daikon washed well
¼ cup shoyu
½ cup water
Method

Slice daikon very thinly. (You should be able to see through it). Place in a bowl with wet ingredients, place a plate on top and a weight and leave for 45 mins - 1 hour. Drain and serve a teaspoon with the meal. Pickles aid in the digestion of food.
