Free Healthy Recipe - Pak Choy with chilli & black bean sauce

Ingredients
1 Tbs light olive oil
3 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled cut into matchsticks
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, fresh, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
2 bunches pak choy, baby
60 ml. (1/4 cup) stock- chicken
2 Tbs black bean sauce
1 Tbs dry sherry
Method

1. Heat a wok over high heat. Add the oil and heat until just smoking. Swirl to coat. Stir fy the ginger, garlic and chilli for 1 minute or until aromatic. Add the pak choy, stock, black bean sauce and sherry. Cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until the pak choy wilts and the sauce reduces slightly.

2. Transfer the pak choy to serving bowl and drizzle over the sauce.
