Free Healthy Recipe - Umeboshi Green Salad

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Not only is this dressing delicious, scientific evidence suggests the sour taste of umeboshi stimulates the secretion of saliva and gastric juices, activating the digestive system. Serve it with harder to digest proteins like red meat.

Ingredients
8 handfuls mixed salad greens
½ avocado cut in small cubes
Method

Wash the leaves, add the cucumber and avocado. Mix the oil and vinegars and pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat the leaves. Serve immediately.
