Free Healthy Recipe - Salmon Steaks With Ginger

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

4 salmon steaks about 600g total
1 lemon juiced
2½ cm ginger, root, peeled & finely chopped
2 handfuls dill, chopped
peppercorns to taste
150 grams potatoes, new

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Put each salmon steak on a piece of baking parchment and sprinkle with the lemon juice and ginger. Sprinkle with the dill and season with pepper.

2. Wrap the parchment round the salmon and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

3. Serve the salmon hot with new potatoes and green beans.
