Preheat the oven to 180C.
Cut the apples into halves & place in a roasting dish large enough to hold al six pieces.
Drizzle honey evenly across the apple halves. Pour enough water around the base of the apples to come approximately 1-2 cm up the sides of the dish & bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Serve with some of the baking juices and a dollop of natural yogurt.
For something a little bit different or for a special occasion, you can add a little spice. Simply mix the honey with a little knob of butter, 1 tsp of pink peppercorns, 2 star anise & 3 whole cloves then dot evenly across the apple halves before baking.
