Free Healthy Recipe - Coleslaw

Ingredients
½ each cabbage, shredded
2 each carrots, grated
2 sticks celery, finely sliced
1½ cups spring onions, finely sliced
1 cup egg mayonaise
¾ cup thickened cream
3 tbsp lemon juice
as req pepper
Method

Combine all ingredients and toss
Stir through dressing to coats ingredients well

Makes 8 servings (serve = serves)
