Brown Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice, boiled
1 cup pumpkin, diced
½ cup snowpeas, chopped
½ cup carrot, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 cup zucchini, chopped
Method

Chop vegetables. Peel garlic and leave whole.

Put 2 cups rice in rice cooker. Fill with water to required level.
Add chopped vegetables and garlic. Steam in rice cooker.

Add tuna or cooked chicken on serving for extra protein.

Makes 2 servings (serve = Hot)
