Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with your hand. Once mixed, fill a 23 x 12.5cm loaf tin and bake for approximately 1 ½ hours. Cool in tin for 20 minutes before turning out onto a plate, cutting and serving. Serve with any cooked grain and vegetables or on a bread roll with salad
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to one month.
Note: Rice crumbs are available from the health food section of the supermarket. They are a good gluten-free option.
