Preheat oven to 165C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Melt butter in a large saucepan then take off heat. Mix in rest of ingredients until just combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently pat out to approximately 1½ cm thick and cut desired shapes with a 4.5-5cm biscuit cutter. Place on prepared tray and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on tray completely.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 1 week.
