Free Healthy Recipe - Toddlers Quinoa Porridge

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

This is a quick and easy, highly nutritious gluten-free breakfast. Perfect way to start the day for any busy toddler!

2 tablespoons quinoa flakes
4 tablespoon water
¼ ripe banana mashed or sliced
milk of choice

Heat the quinoa and water in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in banana and milk of choice to produce the required consistency, then serve.
