Free Healthy Recipe - Persian Granola

The promise of a bowl of this Persian granola is something to help you lure you from bed in the morning. It's a premium mix that will delight everyone in the family. Make up a large batch, and package it up for a beautiful, useful and very welcome gift.

200 grams rolled oats
70 grams coconut chips
75 grams pistachios
50 grams almonds, chopped
50 grams hazelnuts, chopped
50 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams pepitas
30 grams sesame seeds
75 grams cranberries
30 grams barberries
100 grams semi-dried figs, sliced
2 tbsp rose petals
20 ml rosewater

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt the coconut oil in a small pan and add the agave and rosewater. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and using your hands, combine the mixture together to coat it completely with the syrup and oil.
Spread the mixture out onto 2 baking trays and bake for approximately 20 minutes turning regularly to prevent the granola burning. The granola is ready when the grain is toasted brown.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
