Free Healthy Recipe - Pear and Berry Frappe

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Frappes are even more delcious when some of the ingredients are frozen, such as the berries in this recipe. They balance the soft texture of the pears perfectly.

2 cups fresh pears, cubed

Put the berries, pears and half the juice in a blender and blend thoroughly.

Add a little extra juice to thin if necessary or if the blender halts (this sometimes happens with frozen ingredients).

Pour into nice glasses and serve with a straw, and a long spoon if desired.
