Kalettes
Kalettes are new hybrid vegetable crossed between kale and Brussels sprouts. They are the size of Brussels sprouts with green and purple, frilly leaves. They are delicious steamed, roasted, sauteed or microwaved.
While there is little nutritional information available, it's safe to say they pick up the profile similar to Brussels Sprouts and Kale and are packed with nutrients and phytochemicals.
