Pandoro
Pandoro is traditional Italian sweet bread traditionally served throughout Christmas and Easter. It's very similar to panetonne but made without the dried fruit. Unlike panetonne which is tall round and kind of cork shaped, pandoro is usually baked in is a star shaped mould. It's price is determined by the quality of the product. Made from a genuine Italian sourdough starter is the finest you can buy.
