Macadamia oil
Macadamia oil has a gloriously buttery flavour and is delicious used in sweet and savoury dishes. Grown extensively in Northern NSW, the macadamias are processed locally to make this golden nutty oil. With 80% monounsaturated fat compared to another super-healthy oil, olive oil with 73%, macadamia oil is very good for your heart, and it's more stable than many other polyunsaturated fats. The oil has a high smoke point of 210C/410F and can be used for high temperature cooking.
