Mackerel - Tinned
Tinned mackerel has the same nutritional value as whole mackerel, and is just as rich in omega-3 fatty acids. There is one difference, however, as canned mackerel has higher levels of amines than the fresh fish which should always be considered by those with a sensitivity.
