Enoki Mushrooms are crisp, white mushrooms with long, thin stems and tiny, white caps. A specialty exotic mushroom very popular in Asian cooking.

These mushrooms are generally packed as they should be stored. Mushrooms should not be slimy or discouloured at the ends of the stalks. Look for uniformly coloured cream mushrooms.

Store in the crisper section of the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
