Water
Described as the most valuable commodity, not only for the land but for the health as well. Without water, the body becomes unable to perform at its best, cellular responses are inhibited and the skin becomes dry and loses its firmness. Water is essential for good health, and everyone should aim for two litres a day.
Purified water is of course optimal, but it does come at a cost, so a simple water purifying jug will do the trick.
