Jewfish
Can weigh up to 35kg. It has thick, flaky, sweet fillets or cutlets with few bones. Often referred to as mulloway, which is a type of jewfish.

Note about amines: Fresh seafood has low amine levels, but when older than two days the amine content rises to moderate, and any fish that has been frozen has high levels.

Sold mainly as fillets or cutlets.
To Store:
Wrap fillets or cutlets in plastic wrap or place in a covered container. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days or you can freeze for up to 6 months, providing your freezer operates at –18°C.

Excellent fish for casseroles or curry.
Cooking Tips:
Coat cutlets in cajun spices and lemon. Bake, grill or BBQ.
