Rice paper
An edible paper made from rice flour and water and used mainly in Asian cooking, to wrap dumplings, spring rolls and fresh rice paper rolls.

Available in dried form only, they must be softened in warm water before use. Look for brands containing only the necessary rice flour and water as ingredients, and no added flavour enhancers or artificial binders.
To Store:
Store in an airtight container until ready for use. Rice paper sheets should be used immediately after softening.
Tips & Tricks:
Place in a bowl of warm water to soften fro about ten seconds before using.
