To Buy:
Always purchase unrefined cold pressed flax seed oil in dark containers. Available from the refrigerator section in health food stores. Check the date of packing and expiry date before you buy it. Best to buy small bottles and use within 4 weeks of opening than larger bottles to store for longer.
To Store:
Store in the fridge and use within the expiry date.
May be frozen.
