Red Wine Vinegar
As the name suggests, red wine vinegar is an aged and filtered product obtained from fermenting red wine. It has a characteristic dark red colour.

Vinegar is an acid and, used as a preservative, it's shelf-life is almost indefinite. Colour changes, haze and sediment are not an indication of the product deteriorating. Vinegar can be stored in the cupboard.
