Avoid the beans that are too long - they lack flavour and can be tough. Avoid discolouration, dampness and limp wrinkly beans.
To Store:
Store in a plastic bag in the crisper section of the fridge.
Tips & Tricks:
Check to see if they require stringing. 1 serve is approximately 5 long beans.
Cooking Tips:
Cut each end of the bean. Wash thoroughly and steam for 5 - 10 minutes or until tender.
