



Free Healthy Recipe - Avocado Gazpacho
Low carbohydrate
This velvety textured gazpacho is heaven and feels like it's doing you good even while you eat. Little wonder; with raw garlic, onions, chillis and coriander it's a first class immune building potion.

Ingredients
3 small ripe avocados
1 green capsicum seeded
1 green chilli seeded
1 Spanish onion peeled
2 clove garlic, peeled
500 ml cold, filtered water
1 tsp sea salt
1 bunch coriander
1 lime juiced
To serve: ½ cup low-fat plain yoghurt
1 lime quartered
1 pinch smoked paprika

Skin, halve, and stone avocados. In juicer, juice the cucumber, capsicum, chilli, onion and garlic. Serve chilled, with a dollop of yogurt, sprinkle of paprika, lime quarters and cracked pepper. Makes 6 servings
