



Free Healthy Recipe - Chilli Crab Salad
Dairy free, Low fat, Low sugar

Ingredients
150 grams soba noodles
340 grams crab meat, (tinned crab meat can be used)
2 Lebanese cucumbers seeded and thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh Thai basil leaves
100 grams snow-pea sprouts, coarsely chopped
2 small red chillies, seeded and thinly sliced
100 g Asian greens
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp rice syrup
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 spring onions finely sliced

Method
Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Rinse under cold water and drain. Makes 4 servings
