



Free Healthy Recipe - Chocolate Coated Citrus Fruit
These are a perfect alternative to dessert at the end of an evening meal. Serve them with a nice pot of herbal tea or for the foolhardy, coffee. Always use 70% cocoa chocolate.

Ingredients
2 oranges
100 grams dark chocolate

Method
Peel and segment the oranges, removing the white pith but leaving the membrane around each segment. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Turn off the heat and place a bowl of grated chocolate or chocolate broken into very small pieces over the pan to melt in the heat of the steam. Let the chocolate sit for approx 5 minutes until it's melted. Stir until smooth. Lay a piece of baking paper on a plate. Dip ½ of each orange segment into the chocolate and lay them on the paper to set. Note: Do your bit for the greater world community and look for chocolate with the "free trade logo". The logo is the seal of approval that guarantees your purchase will benefits the cacao bean producers, their families and the surrounding communities from the developing country that they originate from.
