After studies in psychology, food as medicine, and macrobiotic cooking she identified a gap in the market beyond what was offered by nutritionists and dieticians. The website www.thefoodcoach.com.au provides education, mentoring and strategies to support anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their eating habits. Judy holds a certificate in Nutritional and Environmental medicine. Her philosophy is "life's better when you eat well".

A dedicated nutritionist, Amy is a firm believer that true health can be created through optimum nutrition. After studying for four years at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, she graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Applied Science and Nutrition. Amy is aware that everyone's body is different and needs to be treated accordingly, and specialises in designing meal plans and addressing health conditions using nutrition and supplement advice. Amy also has qualifications in Iridology and Bush Flower Essence therapy, using these modalities to further explore the link between the body, food and emotional wellbeing. With a passion for writing, Amy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English at the University of New South Wales. Working for The Food Coach for the past four years she has researched and written countless articles about whole foods, specific nutrients and their effect on the body; distributed throughout Australia and internationally via the online newsletter.
